Shipping Policy

We currently make deliveries on a Wednesday or Saturday.

Deliveries are made within a 15 mile radius of the shop (TA19 9DW).

For free delivery the order must be in excess of £100.

We will need someone to be onsite to receive the delivery unless previously arranged.

If your order is outside of these parameters, please give us a call to discuss.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have changed your mind about a product, you can return it as long as it is within it's expiry date and in an unopened and unused state. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

If an item is faulty, please return it ASAP along with the original packaging, we will exchange or refund the item. Proof of purchase is required.
